સામગ્રી- ગઉંનો લોટ2 કપ ,સમારેલી ડુંગળી-2 ,હળદર પાઉડર 1/4 ચમચી,લાલ મરી પાઉડર ,સમારેલી લીલાં મરચાં,ધાણા પાઉડર1/4 ચમચી,કોથમીર 1 કપ,મીઠું સ્વાદપ્રમાણે,ઘી.
વિધિ- ગંઉનો લોટને બધી સામાન સાથે મિકસ કરી લોટ બાંધી લો. આ લોટની બાલ્સ કરી પરોઠા જેવી વળી લો. અને પછી નાન સ્ટિક તવા પર ઘી કે બટર સાથે સોનેરી થાય ત્યાં સુધી સેકો.
