એક કપ કાજૂ 3 ગિલાસ દૂધ 3 ચમચી ખાંડ થોડી એલચી પાઉડર સજાવટ માટે- ટૂટી ફ્રૂટી વિધિ– કાજૂને 10-15 મિનિટ માટે દૂધમાં પલાળીને રાખો. જો તમને ટેસ્ટે શકે બનાવું છે તો સરસ હશે કે કાજૂને પલાળી રાખો.
– નક્કી સમય પછી મિક્સરમાં ઠંડુ દૂધ, કાજૂ અને ખાંડ નાખી સારી રીતે વાટી લો. – તૈયાર શેકને જુદા-જુદા ગિલાસમાં કાઢી લો. તેમાં એલચી પાઉડર નાખી કાં તો પીવી લો કે ફ્રિજરમાં થોડીવાર મૂકીને પીવો. – તમે તેમાં આઈસક્યૂબ પણ નાખી શકો છો.
